We start every project by providing a thorough consultation to understand the goals and needs of our clients.
Design Process
- Schedule an appointment to meet with a consultant 2-3 months prior to your actual anticipated start date. At your Consultation you will receive a general rough estimate.
- After your consultation, in 10-14 business days PENDING design difficulty, you will receive a full 3D design and Estimate according to your requests during your consultation.
- Once all the details are worked out, your contract is then sent for E-Signature and you are booked on our calendar!
- We then submit you to your Homeowners Association for Approval. (14 -30 days)
- We submit for all city permits needed (approx 15-35 days)
- From this point, we count down the days until your start date.
- 1 week prior to your start date our Project Manager will fill you in on details such as start times, progress calendar and answer any questions you may have.
- Once your project starts, we don't stop until it's done!
- Sit back, relax and watch your yard come to life and don't worry! Your initial designer is by your side perfecting your dream yard!
